This work circles something not yet fully present.
An original spoken word piece attempts to describe an absence, or perhaps an arrival sensed at a distance. Its subject remains withheld, partly because it cannot yet be understood, and partly because naming it would impose a clarity the work does not possess. What is hidden may be less important than the act of being missing.
Something is approaching. My language does not know how to meet it.
